Common questions

Lunara isn't showing my sleep data.
Lunara reads your sleep from the Apple Health app. Make sure your watch or ring (Apple Watch, Garmin, Fitbit, Oura, etc.) is set to sync sleep to Apple Health, and that you allowed Lunara to read Health data when prompted. You can check this in iOS Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Lunara. You can also tap "Sync from Apple Health" on the Sleep tab, or log a night manually.

How does the free trial and subscription work?
Lunara Premium starts with a 7-day free trial. If you don't cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it renews automatically at the displayed price. Manage or cancel anytime in your Apple ID settings (Settings → your name → Subscriptions).

How do I restore my subscription?
On the subscription screen, tap "Restore Purchases" while signed in with the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.

How do I delete my account and data?
Open the app and go to You → Delete Account. This permanently removes your account and all associated data.
